Our story

Klein Roofing was founded by Luis Sanchez in Klein, Texas in March 2008. Luis had worked on roofs and siding with his father since he was 16, then worked for several roofing companies and as an insurance claims adjuster. With 11 years of experience on both sides of the industry, he started Klein Roofing to help homeowners and insurance companies get claims right.

Luis opened the company during the recession. He built it by going above and beyond for homeowners, guiding them through their insurance claims to replace damaged and aging roofs.

In 2015 we opened an office in San Antonio, where we've since replaced more than two thousand roofs. In 2019, with storms creating urgent demand for quality roofers in Florida, we opened our first Florida location, and we've helped hundreds of Florida families rebuild since.

Today Klein Roofing has four teams, in Houston, San Antonio, Bradenton and Pensacola. Se habla Español.

Luis Sanchez
CEO
Luis Sanchez is the founder and CEO of Klein Roofing. He has over two decades of experience in the residential and commercial roofing industry. He is involved in all aspects of the business. His vision, work ethic, and determination has placed Klein Roofing as one of the top roofing contractors as well as one of the most respected companies in the industry.
Consuelo Sanchez
Marketing Director
Consuelo Sanchez has actively been a part of Klein Roofing for over ten years. She has aided in business growth and work efficiency. She ensures all employees are given the resources they need to complete their work.
Rick Quirin
Regional Director
Rick Quirin has been a part of the roofing industry for a decade. He has been a top producer in the industry, often acknowledged as one to put his customers first. He has aided countless families with their roofing needs.
Rob Semrinec
Project Manager
Rob Semrinec has an extensive background in construction. His family and work experience confirm that. Rob has also had an active management role in construction for the past ten years. He is now an active member of Klein Roofing. Rob has been doing roofing since 2019.
Cheri Smith
Office Administrator
Has been in the Roofing Industry for 14 years. Five years ago found a permanent home with Klein Roofing, LLC. Enjoys daily operations assisting Sales Representatives with new and on-going projects. Most of all, Cheri, assists customers with questions, operations and seeing Klein Roofing become the leading roofing company in our territory.
Eric Rudd
Territory Manager
Eric is originally from Bradenton, FL, and has been working with us for 6 years and attended college at Purdue University. Eric is one to work hard and play hard so in his off time, he manages his own mobile laser tag company and enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing, golfing, and of course laser tag.
Dylan White
Territory Manager
Dylan graduated with an MA in Jewish Studies and Hebrew from the University of Haifa, Israel, and has been with the company since 2020. Dylan has a strong, diverse background in marketing, advertising, and customer service. Following Hurricane Sally, Dylan took charge of both residential and commercial projects, aiding hundreds of homeowners with insurance claims, shingle roof applications, and metal roof installations.
Vincent Mongrell
Project Manager
Vincent has been a key player in our company and has many years of experience with clients and our services. His attention to detail and passion to accelerate has proven to be a key benefit for all clients and our team. Vincent has large goals to achieve and has found his support here at Klein Roofing to be the main reason to accelerate more within the company.
Matt Goglia
Texas Sales Director
Matt Goglia spent over 3 years in the distribution business before joining Klein Roofing as the Senior Director of Sales. He has extensive leadership experience as he spent 12 years in retail management running high-volume and fast-paced businesses. Matt graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration.
Anthony Jolewiec
Roof Advisor
Anthony has been in the distribution side of roofing for 3 years and since then has always shown his passion for his clients and the quality of service he chooses to provide to them. He is a graduate of the distribution leadership program and a graduate of Marietta College with a Bachelor's in Sports Management.
